The home is close to family-friendly activities such as Beauty Bay Golf Course and close to Town of Kenora City. Rushing River only 10 minutes away.. You’ll love the spacious interior and the outdoor space includes a lovely screened in porch to keep skeeters at bay. Lovely covered deck at both front and rear of home. Bring your fishing boat, canoe, kayak or stand up paddle board and enjoy Black Sturgeon Lake at its finest. The Lakefront is not suitable for swimming. The space The home is almost 2000 sq. ft. on two levels. The main floor includes a bright master bedroom. The living room has direct access to rear screened porch. The country kitchen has plenty of cabinets and large eating area with built in dishwasher and smooth top range. You will also find a dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The oversized main bathroom has his and her sinks with lots of space and operating window for lots of fresh air. The second floor features two spacious bedrooms with double bunks and high open ceilings for that special country feel. The second floor also features a huge recreation area suitable for special group functions such as Golf tournament participants, wilderness exploration groups, or yoga retreats. (group rates to be quoted by request only) Second floor Bathroom has a neo angle shower with unique layout. The home backs on to Black Sturgeon Lake and is largely undeveloped lake frontage. Great for small fishing boats, canoeing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Not suitable for swimming unless you hop on your paddleboard and paddle out to where the lake is a little deeper. If Swimming is a must for your vacay time in cottage country, please consider a different rental for your time away. Guest access Guests who book have use of entire home and yard. Home and property is best suited for individuals who have a keen interest in wilderness excursions, canoeing, Kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, fishing, or a busy day enjoying the local 18 hole golf course. This particular lakefront area is shallow with lilypads and would not work well for large boat.
