Bright Berkeley Victorian

Classic Victorian home, comfortable, spacious. I live in one of my home's three bedrooms and a graduate student lives in another. Students welcome! Shared upstairs bathroom with shower/bath and downstairs half-bath. My home is a 10 minute walk to Ashby BART. Berkeley's campus is a 3 minute BART ride. Downtown SF is a 30 minute BART ride. There's plenty of street parking. Big welcome to LGBTQI folks. The space Bedroom has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress with soft cotton bedding, a desk, office chair, lounge chair dresser, and large closet. Laundered sheets will be ready for you to make the bed. Kitchen is fully equipped and available for light food prep. Have your pick of press-pot, drip, or espresso coffee. Also a range of black, green and herbal teas. Guest access You have access to the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. During your stay I'll be available for any questions, food recommendations, or to help you plan excursions.
