Quiet Creekside Home in the Country

Reconnect with nature while you relax with your whole family at this peaceful Creekside home. This house is located on the Sewee Creek, and a ¼ mile to Chickamauga Lake. Bring your boat, fishing rods, kayaks for fun on the water with a boat ramp located just around the corner. A small dock on property great for fishing or just relaxing. The house has a large yard with a firepit to enjoy evenings outdoors or enjoy the sunset. There is New WIFI TV available please bring your DVD’s. The space The main level of the house has a bedroom with a full size bed (downstairs), and a living room with couch and chair. There is a King size bed and a twin in the Master loft. (Upstairs) The only bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A washer and dryer is also on site for your use. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meal time. There is a coffee pot, but there is no dishwasher. There is New WIFI and fire stick There is a DVD player only!! Important Smoking is allowed outside only. But if the house smells of smoke there is $200. Fee to have the house cleaned. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and grounds. Please use caution with small children around water. Other things to note Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. If the house smells of smoke there is a $200 cleaning fee invoked.
