Charming cottage located just a short drive away from the stunning Grand Beach. Head to Balsam Harbour for a day of fishing, or walk across the street to access the lake and watch the sunset from the public dock. The space The main floor of the cottage includes 1 bedroom with a queen mattress, a full bathroom, mud room with a door that leads you out back, kitchen with an open dining and living room concept. Stairs lead up to the upper level with a loft that includes a sitting area. There are two bedrooms located on the upper level and a half washroom. Bedroom 1 has a a queen bed and bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage except for the crawl space, closet between main bedroom and washroom, cabinet in laundry room and the tool shed out back. Other things to note Please note, there is NO washer/dryer/dishwasher. The cottage is on a septic tank and has a water holding tank where water is delivered to supply the cottage with running water, so we ask guests to please be mindful of your water usage. large water jug (18L) is supplied at the cottage for guest to use.
