Enjoy your holiday at our house in the heart of the cotswolds. Explore the local nature walks, enjoy a Sunday roast at the pub next door, or take a visit to Daylesford. Whatever your holiday style, you’ll find our house perfectly situated. We do recommend bringing a car, but the house is easily accessible from London (nearest station is Shipton-under-Wychwood Station, 1.6 miles & 2 trains to London per day, or Kingham Station, 4 miles away with trains to London every hour). The space Ground floor: - On the ground floor you have an open plan kitchen/living area with French windows which open out to the garden. Perfect for a dinner or brunch. - Living area - Equipped with a smart tv (no terrestrial) and a book shelf full of books you are welcome to read. - Kitchen - Equipped with breakfast bar, electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and microwave. - Downstairs toilet. Outdoor area: - Our garden has a seating area for 8 people, and a table and chairs for 6 people. With solar lights it is the perfect place to relax for the evening. - Out the front there is a small table and two chairs, perfect for morning coffee. - Our doorbell is also a security camera that observes our front gate. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a small working space with a desk, a lamp, a chest of drawers and a cupboard with hanging space. Inside the wardrobe is the iron and ironing board. Inside the chest of drawers is the hair dryer. - Family bathroom is located on the 1st floor and has a bath, shower toilet and sink. - Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) has an en-suite with a shower, a walk in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and a lamp. Guest access You have access to the whole house, apart from one room that is locked on the first floor. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen and bedroom 2 are locked, these are marked with a padlock and contain our personal items in there. There is plenty of cupboard space for you to use, but if you do need anything further please let us know.
