The games room includes a coin-operated vending machine with various items, jumbo-sized Jenga, a 1974 vintage pinball machine and two full-sized video arcade consoles (The Simpsons with 2 game options and up to 4 players, and Street Fighter). With several board games, and Netflix & Tubi programmed on the Google TV, it's set up for hanging around, or having fun after being out. The kitchen is very compact but has the main essentials, including a Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods and a dishwasher. The fully fenced backyard has a walk out deck where you can BBQ, hang out around the patio furniture or fire pit area, and enjoy the built-in hot tub. The fire pit area has a smokeless pellet fire pit, (available spring thru fall), surrounded by bench seating. The upper deck has a large L-shaped outdoor patio sectional couch, two small stools, and a table where you can relax or enjoy a meal (spring thru fall). There is free street parking year round with spots typically available in view from the home. The property does not have a driveway or any parking directly on the premises, but street parking is free year round and readily available. As the space is very compact, it is most suitable for 1 couple, or 2 close friends, or a small family of 3-4 (including children). It is not suitable for more than 4 people due to the very small size of the home. The hot tub is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults at a time. Note: The property does not have a driveway or any parking directly on the premises. Please DO NOT park in the neighbouring driveway at any point in time - not even to unload your belongings. Street parking is permitted year round on the street. The property is a semi-detached home. The kitchen sink and the bathroom sink are both very small. The kitchen table is very small and has 3 chairs. There is an extra chair in the master bedroom if needed. The kitchen cooking and preparation areas are both very small. It not an ideal space for cooking large or elaborate meals. The hot tub is very small and suitable for a maximum of 2 people at a time. Towels are provided for showering. Guests should bring extra towels for hot tub use and beach use. Beach towels are not provided - please do not bring the house towels or house blankets to the beach. So sorry fur-babies but no pets are allowed due to allergies (including hypoallergenic breeds). A maximum of 4 guests only at any point in time (including visitors). Please inform the host of any guests that are not included on the booking request. The top bunk bed has a maximum weight capacity of 175 lbs.
