The room is ready for short-term or long-term stay with huge discounts (>28 days) The space You'll enjoy the stay in studio room in quiet neighborhood with many stores and restaurants around. The 22,75㎡ apartment using an elevator. The studio has king size bed, basic kitchen utensils and refrigerator and bar table space in the room which is good for coffee, breakfast and remote work. The room has water heater in the bathroom, so you can enjoy get warm water when you needed. Washing machine is not available so you can make laundry across of the apartment in laundry coin shop. #Facilities You can enjoy swimming pool and gym facilities on 5th floor up to 8:00 PM everyday. Please bring your access card to get enter the facilities. #Access from Airport You can access train from Kuala Namu International Airport Station to Medan City Station before 08:00PM. Then, you can book taxi/Ubercar/Gocar from there to apartment location for Rp 40.000 approx. Guest access You can use everything inside the room. Other things to note #Check In Check-in: anytime after 02:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 PM Early check-in / late check-out depends on the other guests. Contact me in advance. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact me as soon as possible. #Important Rules Smoking inside the room is prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in balcony area. An ashtray is provided. In the unlikely event that smoking is discovered, we will charge Rp 1.000.000 as a penalty. #Long-Stay Terms (>28 Days) Utilities and service charge including facilities fees are charged monthly by apartment management. The prices are excluded from the price. Once you check-in you have to pay Rp 1.100.000/month. If any excessive usage, you have to add the payments based on bill of payment (Unlikely to happen if you are using for normal usage.) #Housekeeping Less than 1 weeks stay: One sets of bedsheets (Bedsheet & Blanket), two bath towels, and one foot mat towel. For staying more than one week host will provide doubled. Please wash and use them at your convenience.
