Be it for work, pleasure, travel or leisure, this alluring updated space is located upstairs over the garage in a quiet residential neighborhood and includes a private keyless entry door lock. Apartment is located upstairs over the garage and is attached to the house. The space Enjoy the 40” Flat Screen Roku enabled and basic cable TV with pivotal stand either from the quaint living area or from the inviting, posh queen size bed (which you may never leave), and of course there is Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee nook, microwave, toaster, and George Foreman grill. Spacious closet and private bathroom with 100% Cotton Turkish Towels, blinds and black out curtains in the basic living area round off this delightful place. Guest access During the summer months, please join the family for outside BBQ grilling, lounging and of course swimming in the large inground pool (shared space). Other things to note Amazing location just 1.5 miles from I-91, 15 minutes to Bradley International Airport, 25 Minutes to downtown Hartford, CT and less than 20 Minutes to downtown Springfield, MA. No Smoking OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: This space is not handicap accessible and does require climbing a flight of stairs over the garage.
