The bedroom has a king-size bed and a walk-in closet. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a dedicated workspace. There is a private patio dining set by the BBQ grill and patio chairs on the private porch and around the fire pit. Other things to note Please note we accept non-shedding pets but only one dog - Pets are not allowed to sleep on the bed or the furniture. We will charge an extra cleaning fee if we see pet hair on the bed or on the furniture. No children under age of 6. Minimum age for guests making the reservation is 25. To avoid host cancellation, guests new to Airbnb with no reviews must attach their photo ID when requesting to reserve.
