Cozy room in bright space by Hlemmur with parking

The apartment is bright, light and comfortable, centrally located next to Hlemmur local bus station and it's food hall, most of the main places of interest are within short walking or rental-scooter 🛴 riding distance. The room itself is cozy under the ceiling, and has a window with a view to sea and mountains. It can comfortably sleep up to 3 people. The space Light, bright, spacious and comfortable. It is a 3 bedroom apartment of which you're renting one. There is 1 long term tennant and the other room is also on Airbnb. The beds in the room are under the ceiling space, the room is approximately 15m², allowing plenty of space for people and luggage. The bathroom is modern, simple and clean. The kitchen is equipped with standard utensils and you may use as you like. It is a quiet home, within a short walk to all the bars and restaurants of Reykjavík, if you are planning to party, please do so there, and not in the apartment 😊 Guest access Guests can use the house as if it's their own, they have access to everything except the other two bedrooms. There's a shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom. Washing machine and line in the laundry. If guests want to dry things fast, they can use the heated towel rack in the bathroom and/or heater in their room. Please have consideration and leave the shared spaces clean During your stay We're happy to chat and offer advice in person or online if we can. We have varying schedules Other things to note In Iceland it's customary to leave shoes at the door.
