To enter the condominium, guests must present the QR codes along with a valid official ID for each adult guest. These documents will be held in safekeeping by security personnel until the check-in process is complete. PLEASE REMAIN INSIDE THE CONDOMINIUM; OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF YOUR RESERVATION. The safekeeping of official identification is the sole responsibility of security personnel; the host is not responsible for any loss or misplacement. Any violation of the rules of coexistence, the condominium regulations, or the house rules will result in a fine of $4,500.00 Mexican pesos, which will be collected through AirCover. The guest responsible for the reservation expressly agrees to be responsible for the full payment for any damage, loss, or alteration of furnishings.
