No person shall operate, ride, drive, or otherwise use any recreational or entertainment vehicle on the premises, including but not limited to all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), dirt bikes, trail bikes, minibikes, go-karts, side-by-side vehicles (UTVs), or any motorized vehicle designed primarily for off-road or recreational use, without the express written authorization of the property owner.
