One-bedroom condo located in Central area of Phuket, with full kitchen and balcony. The condo is in a complex with 24-hour security. Guests can use swimming pool, gym, co-working space and parking lot for free. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom; kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensil. The location is convenient, there are 711, cafe, Thai Spa shop, currency exchange shop and pharmacy within 3-5 minutes walk from complex. Other things to note 1. Smoking is prohibited in room and common area of complex, the fine is 5000 THB. 2. Room fee excludes daily cleaning service, if you need extra cleaning service during the stay, please contact the host. 3. If you need to use parking lot, please inform us in advance when you book. 4. The parking space is limited (first come first park), we cannot guarantee there will be parking space for you all the time. 5. We provide 2 bath towels + 2 small towels for the room. 6. We do not provide: slippers, tooth paste, tooth brush and laundry detergent. 7. Please dispose the garbage in time, to avoid attracting insects. 8. Do not eat durians or mangosteens in the room.
