Relax with the whole family in this spacious, quiet, updated home! Located just off I-10, our home provides easy access for travelers and is just a short walk away from Panera, Starbucks, grocery stores, and several restaurants/shops. Enjoy the convenience of having everything you need within reach, while still being able to experience the country-like feel of our neighborhood. Our home is only 25-30 minutes to Pensacola Beach/Perdido Key and 40-45 minutes from Foley, AL/OWA Amusement Park. The space Enjoy an open living area with eat-in Kitchen, dining area, and living room with a 65" TV. Off of the living area there is a Den that can be used as an additional sleeping area or for the kids to hang out and play games. The Den has a pull out sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom features a large en suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo that's great for soaking after a long day sightseeing or just enjoying the huge yard playing basketball, etc. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use and there is access to the roomy 2 car garage through the Den and to the huge wrap-around deck and fenced in backyard that has plenty of space to run and play. A basketball goal and fire pit are available to maximize your entertainment. Guest access Enjoy the entire home and 1 acre yard while you're here! The only things that are off-limits are the locked storage closet in the Den used for our supplies and the storage shed in the backyard. Other things to note We are located on a quiet, dead end street with no thru traffic. It's a great place for walking, biking, skateboarding, or other activities. Panera Bread and sidewalks that can be used to walk to other stores/restaurants are located at the beginning of the street.
