Located on the beach-side of the channel -- so if you walk out the front door, you arrive on the sand in 5 minutes. Tastefully decorated in a coastal theme with top-of-the-line luxury appliances. Renovated inside and out with beautiful furnishings. Wonderful harbor community with boat parades, concerts, outdoor activities, fishing, and more.. The space This is a two story waterfront home on the harbor with a master and guest bedroom upstairs and another guest bedroom downstairs. The master and guest bedroom on the top level have their own full private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom next to the master has two twin beds. On the first level, the guest bedroom has a queen bed and there's also an adjacent half bath. The loveseat in the family room has a pullout queen mattress. A fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances will accommodate the needs of most cooks. There is parking for one car in the garage and two cars in the driveway. The house has most modern amenities including Smart TV'S in the family room, master bedroom and guest bedroom downstairs. Stream your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other services. We have some different life vests available, but in the event that you can't find your size -- there are boating stores nearby. Please do use the life vests in accordance with the local law which requires their use or attachment to kayaks and boards. Children are required to wear them at all times for water related activities. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property including the waterside deck and dock. However, the Duffy boat is completely off limits. The home has a 2-car garage and there is room in the driveway for 2 vehicles. Other things to note This is a waterfront property in a very calm and quiet neighborhood. No pets allowed. Children welcome, but cautioned about proximity of water. Absolutely no smoking! Only 2 cars allowed on premises -- others must be parked off site (city ordinance). In close proximity to our home, you can enjoy yoga on the sand at 9:30am daily, as well as discovering hidden gems like the Channel Islands, nightlife, several golf courses, farmers market or antique shopping at your fingertips. Ring cameras are located on the home's exterior in the front and back of the home.
