Relax and kick back in this 2 bed/1 bath, pet friendly home Conveniently centered amongst everything Duluth has to offer! Jake and I are fully committed to providing you the Home away from Home. No management company here, NO CLEANING FEES, we do it all by ourselves. Communication, laundry, cleaning and maintenance - our reviews show we take pride in the place. Now if we could only figure out how to provide the perfect weather!!! The space A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow centrally located in Duluth. The house interior of the house was updated or refreshed in 2023. The main floor consists of a full kitchen, open dining/living room, a full bathroom (shower, no tub) and the king bedroom. The upstairs “attic” space houses the bedroom with two twin beds. Laundry is available for guest use and is located in the unfinished basement. There is ample parking in the driveway - AWD may be needed in the winter as there is a slight slope, although we try to keep it cleared. To top it off, there is a fully fenced backyard! Guest access Guests are allowed use of the entire house, driveway and yard. Other things to note We do charge a $50 pet fee per stay (not per night or per pet).
