In addition to its prime ski in ski out location, this condo in Crested Butte also offers a heated parking area to keep your car warm during the cold mountain winters. And if you don't feel like driving, there is also nearby bus access that can take you into downtown Crested Butte, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The condo also has a water filter system to ensure that you have access to clean and fresh drinking water during your stay. Other things to note -1 vehicle per unit is allowed, there is no overflow parking for extra vehicles. Heated garage parking spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. The garage door clearance is 82 inches and no trailer / RV parking is allowed. - The space is located on the 4th floor and stairs are required to access it. While there is an elevator in the building, guests should plan on using the stairs as the elevator isn't always in operation. -Amenities at the community: All of the common area amenities, including the hot tub and sauna may be closed for all or part of your stay with us. The HOA are following all state and local guidelines which could change at any time. Please check with our team before arrival for the current status of the amenities at this property. The hot tub is open seasonally, typically the entire winter ski season, the last weekend of June until Labor Day. The fireplace is turned on/off seasonally by the HOA and we do not have control over when they turn them on or off. - TW: Throughout Winter/ Ski Season, Crested Butte detonates explosives around the mountain as a part of their avalanche management and prevention system. Booms can be heard and may trigger those experiencing PTSD or other similar audio-sensory triggers.
