Chibi Laneway House with Hottub in Bloorcourt

Experience Toronto from a unique perspective and stay in one of the city's newest Laneway Suites. Relax in this bright, open space with backyard oasis and hot tub. You won't believe how close you are to local amenities as well as Geary Ave...a strip almost unknown to tourists but slowly becoming the destination for locals in the know who enjoy breweries, good food, music, eclectic markets, and wine. The space The laneway suite is a separate building on the same property (in the backyard) of the main house. The main house has tenants. The Laneway Suite is my home. If you're booking for June 2026, be aware that you will not have the entire space to yourself. You are booking the spare room. I won't be home much, but there will be some friendly interactions and I'm always happy to share tips and local spots:-) Though Bloorcourt is a west-end neighbourhood away from condos and clubland, it's still high density city living with tenants and neighbours close by which means you may hear friendly noise from neighbours and vice versa. The laneway suite is a two floor, custom built, open space with high-end designer finishings, built-in appliances, and heated floors. Cooking in this kitchen is a dream with an oversized island, induction stovetop, oven, and air fryer instant pot (no microwave or toaster). Use Chibi Laneway House as a quiet getaway, or as a super cool spot to come home to after exploring the city. Guest access This suite has its own parking and private keyless entrance from the lane and is a separate structure from the main house. There're two apartments in the main house. The tenant in the basement of the main house accesses his apartment from the backyard however the backyard amenities (excluding BBQ which is shared between those in the house and the laneway suite) are used only by laneway suite guests and there are privacy screens. The parking spot is TIGHT and you must be able to fit your entire vehicle on the pad. If you have a large vehicle or struggle maneuvering, you'd need to purchase and print a street parking permit from the city of Toronto website before your arrival. Other things to note - Parties and gatherings of more than four people are not permitted at any time. Large gatherings will result in your reservation being cancelled immediately without refund. -This listing is for two guests only (and only those on the booking), no exceptions. No pets. Both guests must be added\listed when requesting to book. -When requesting the reservation, send me a short message to let me know where you're visiting from and what's bringing you to Toronto. If your profile doesn't list any personal info, please also tell me a little bit about yourself. - You will meet\see the basement tenant as access to that apartment is through the backyard. -If using the hot tub AFTER 10:00 p.m. please be mindful of that there are families living close by (please keep your voices at a whisper and no music at that hour). -When I'm at home, so are my two cats, so if you have severe cat allergies this may not be the place for you. -Because cleaning and pet-care needs to be coordinated, check-in and check-out times are firm unless alternate times are requested at the time of booking. -External cameras are mounted for security purposes at both the laneway and garden entrances.
