Relaxing Private Pool& Hot Tub House near RIT Inn

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home near RIT Inn. Enjoy a pool in the summer months with a large deck to relax in the sunshine. The house has had many updates and furnished with comforts for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There is a washer/dryer. Newer bathrooms. Spacious living room is great for movie nights. Beds are all new. Pool is open until Sept. Hot Tub is open year round. Come relax! Due to new fees by aibnb we will be moving to vrbo. The space Recently updated with many modern touches throughout, you can enjoy time watching TV and relax on a large couch that reclines. The kitchen offers coffee, and many cooking items. Wegmans is within a few miles to stock up on groceries. All beds are new and comfortable so you will be well rested. In the summer months you can enjoy the pool area which is very private and secluded. It's a great place to relax and enjoy time away. There is so much to do in the area whether you like shopping, restaurants, wine tours, checking out some great local festivals or maybe catch a concert or musical that comes to the area. There is something for everyone! Guests: For more than 6 guests we can provide a blow up mattress, great for kids. There is an additional fee for more than 6 guests and must be approved prior to booking. Pool is opening early May! We keep it open until late September early October, weather depending. The pool is professionally maintained. Please note, only guests staying at the home reservation are permitted to use the pool. No guests can be invited for pool use. Any questions please let us know. Guest access Guests will have access to the main home including the outdoor space with a large deck and inground pool area and hot tub. Please note for small children that there is NO guard for the pool off the deck so children must be supervised at all times when the pool is open!! No kids in the hot tub. (May until September pool is open)Any questions, please let us know. Other things to note Please no smoking inside or on premises including vaping. No parties are permitted. Any parties will be shut down and everyone asked to leave immediately. There are neighbors. Security cameras are in the front and back of the house. Please note for small children that there is NO guard for the pool off the deck so children must be supervised at all times when the pool is open!! (May until September) Hot tub is year round. Please no kids in the hot tub! The hot tub cover needs to be put back on when not in use. We heat it up to 100 degrees. Any questions, please let us know. We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergent and trash bags. We wash everything in between guests, including pillows and bath mats. We want our guests to rest assured they are staying in a very clean and sanitized environment.
