Base Camp Condo Downtown Sandpoint

Our cozy condo is located in downtown Sandpoint's Condo del Sol nestled on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille. We are walking distance from all the wonder this beautiful mountain town has to offer. Explore the city beach, unique shops, breweries and eateries just minutes away. For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort. The space The condo is located in gated waterfront community minutes from downtown. This unit is northwest facing, with views of the pool and lake inlet. The fully-equipped kitchen opens to the spacious living room, with a smart TV and bar seating. The in-unit laundry and bath are first as you enter the condo, and the bedroom is behind the front door at the back of the condo. The bedroom offers a queen bed, large closet and TV. Laundry and cleaning supplies are provided. The bathroom has a shower (no tub) and comes equipped with a stocked vanity. Reliable high speed internet is provided. To access the unit there are 3 stairs, to access the living room and kitchen from the front door there are 3 stairs, and to access the back door from the lawn there are 6 stairs. Keyless entry is provided 24/7 and guests are welcome to request early check-in or luggage drop. The complex amenities include: 2 pools with tables and lounge chairs Two tennis/pickleball courts Horseshoe pit Basketball hoop Grilling/BBQ area Open lawn space Unassigned, uncovered parking Note: ALL AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE SEASONALLY ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Please be advised: this condo is located on the ground floor with a neighbor above and two adjacent. If you’re wanting a silent place to vacation, please do not expect that from a condo complex with 113 units. I cannot make accommodations for complaints regarding neighbors walking or talking throughout the day before 10 pm, neighbors using the stairs, closing their front door, etc. Again, if you want absolute silence, a condo is not the place for you. Guest access 24/7 keyless entry is provided. Early check-in and luggage drop can be requested. Guests are not to share the door or gate code with anyone not listed on the reservation. Fines strictly enforced by the HOA, as the gate is under surveillance. Other things to note PLEASE READ: There is no cable service at this property. The smart TVs allow you to log in and access streaming services you might already have purchased. The owner does not provide streaming services for guests. The pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day but that schedule is weather dependent. If you’re traveling close to those dates, please confirm with me if the pool has been opened/closed for the season. A year-round pool or a hot tub is not offer at this complex.
