You will be located on US 158 (ocean side) and only steps to the beach. Walk or bike to the Jolly Roger or Goombay's, head over to Duck Donuts or Max's Pizza just across the street! The home has a heat pump offering central heating and air conditioning. Bed linens and 13 bath towels are provided. You will be started with a few trash bags, a few dish & laundry pods, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap & sponge, some coffee for the drip pot (there is a Keurig, bring your own pods) creamer, sugar and stir sticks. There will also be a set of linens/pillows for the pull out sofa bed. Other things to note ✔ Must be at least 25 years old to book this property ✔ You may see our lawn service team stop by during your stay to cut the grass. ✔ This home is older and it shows its age in some areas. This is a great cottage for a vacation stay to be comfortable and close to the ocean. ✔ The home is located on US 158. ✔ You may feed the turtles only bread or cat/dog food. Please be very mindful not to allow litter to get into the turtle pond. ✔ NO POND FISHING, You will catch the poor turtles! ✔Hurricane season is June to November, please see Airbnb policy regarding weather events: "Weather events, natural conditions, and diseases that are excluded from our Extenuating Circumstances Policy" There will be no refunds related to weather events.
