This recently renovated family size home can be all yours for your next family or group stay. On 940sqm, with fantastic ocean and city views, this is a fantastic space at any time. Conveniently located to the Airport & Harbour Town (15 min), Glenelg (10 min), beaches (5 min), Westfield Marion & Aquatic Centre (5 min), McLaren Vale wine region (25 min) and many shops, hotels, restaurants and other eateries, this really is a fantastic location for a family or group stay, all under the one roof! The space This full size home, furnished with families in mind, has the flexibility to be a 3 or 4 bedroom home (main with its own ensuite), sleeping up to 9 guests, with additional travel cot, high chair and baby bath available upon request. The walk-in pantry offers guests basic essentials and there is a new gas cooktop & oven as well as all of the necessary utensils required to cook up a storm! With a large outdoor area (with outdoor setting), out back, overlooking the remainder of the spacious backyard (secured off for pets), you will find it a great spot to relax and unwind. You can fire up the BBQ, enjoy a cold bevvie or delicious local wine or 2, whilst watching planes come & go and take in the panoramic views over the majority of Adelaide. Once the stunning sunsets disappear, the night lights take over. Both the main lounge and office/4th bedroom both have large, Smart TV's with built-in apps, there's a washing machine in the laundry and a number of books and games in the house are features which we hope make all stays more comfortable and enjoyable. We're happy to try and accommodate any pre-check in shopping or set ups that may be required. Just ask and we'll get you in earlier if we can! We encourage guests to make themselves at home and help themselves to all amenities in the house - we simply want all of our guests to treat it as if it's their own and not be walking on egg shells. With plenty of both undercover and non covered on site parking, in addition to street parking, there's plenty of options available. Other things to note A 7 seater Mitsubishi Outlander is available for hire for part or all of your stay if required to help get you around. We also offer personalised/customised trips (with driver) for trips to wineries etc (subject to availability). Vehicle 1 for 1-6 passengers or vehicle 2 for 1-4 passengers.
