Book your stay! 🏰 The space 🍇 Le Mas du Payssel: An Exceptional Estate in the Heart of Tarn Nestled in the countryside, just 8 km from the medieval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel and 1 hour from Toulouse airport, the Mas du Payssel is an old wine estate transformed into a haven of peace. Here, the authenticity of the stone and wood meets the comfort of a modern renovation to offer you a serene and warm living environment, in the middle of our fields. 🏡 A modular layout for your reunion The estate has been designed to adapt to all your holiday plans, whether it is a large family reunion or a holiday with friends. Le Mas consists of three independent apartments spread over two buildings of character: La Vigneronne: A cosy nest for 6 to 8 people. The Large Family House: A generous space for 8 to 10 people. The Loft: A modern and bright space for 4 to 6 people. 🌟 Privatisation or Modularity Tribe meeting: Rent the entire estate to gather up to 24 people and enjoy total exclusivity. Customised stays: You have the option to rent one or two cottages independently. Summer season: During the summer, we prefer to rent the entire estate to guarantee you private access to the communal pool. Immerse yourself in the authenticity of a traditional home where exposed stones, massive beams and wooden floors create a naturally warm atmosphere. Designed for relaxation, this single-storey house opens generously onto the terrace and swimming pool. ✨ Living Spaces Unlimited conviviality: The large living room (kitchen/dining room/living room) is the heart of the Mas. It is sized to accommodate more than 20 guests, ideal for memorable meals together. High-end equipment: A kitchen designed for gourmets (oven, induction hobs, ice maker, espresso machine, complete food processor, raclette machine). Modern Comfort: Large-screen TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are at your disposal. 🛏️ Night Side & Sanitary Facilities Golden Sleep: 4 spacious bedrooms with storage, all equipped with quality bedding in 160x200. One of the bedrooms also has bunk beds (90x200) for children. Bathrooms: A large bathroom with double sink and a spacious shower (120x90). For your comfort, the house has two separate toilets. 🌿 Exteriors & Services Direct access: The house is entirely on one level and overlooks the garden (unfenced) and the secure swimming pool. Travel Light: For your comfort, we include sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, pool towels and tea towels. Families & Leisure: Wi-Fi (wired available), books and board games. Here's some information to make your check-in easier: Total independence: You have a separate entrance to your accommodation. Parking is easy and free, directly on the estate, with space for several vehicles. The Swimming Pool: It is freely accessible from May to September. It is secure for the peace of mind of parents and surrounded by a beach conducive to relaxation. The Outdoors: You have access to the vast green spaces of the estate. Although the garden is not fenced, it offers a huge natural playground in the middle of our fields. Location: Le Mas is located in the countryside. A vehicle is essential for exploring the surroundings. We are 10 minutes from all the amenities of Cordes-sur-Ciel and 25 minutes from Albi. Other things to note 📍 The District: Between History and Terroir To experience the Tarn is to treat yourself to a break where time slows down. Heritage: We are only 8 km from Cordes-sur-Ciel, the favourite village of the French, and 25 minutes from Albi, its majestic cathedral and its Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Gastronomy & Wines: Le Mas is located in the heart of the Gaillac vineyard. We will be happy to advise you on our favourite winemakers for a tasting. Don't miss the Cordes market on Saturday mornings to stock up on local products! Nature: For sports enthusiasts, hiking trails start from the estate. For a day of adventure, the Gorges de l'Aveyron (canoeing, climbing) are 30 minutes away. 📜 Other important remarks Travel Light: For your absolute comfort, beds are made upon arrival. Towels, pool towels and tea towels are provided free of charge. Work & Leisure: The gîte has an Internet connection (Wi-Fi and wired in one room) to stay connected, as well as a selection of books and board games. Families: Our house is on one level, facilitating access for young children and people with reduced mobility. The garden is huge and open to nature; the pool, meanwhile, is fully secured for the peace of mind of parents. Logistics: Free private parking is available on the estate. A vehicle is a must to get the most out of the area. 🚫 House Rules (Essentials) Animals: Our animal friends are welcome, provided that they respect the peace and quiet of the place (please note: the garden is not fenced). Serenity: Le Mas is a place of rest. Noisy parties and evenings are not allowed to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and other guests. Tobacco: The accommodation is non-smoking (please use the outdoor spaces).
