Quiet room for two with a bed and two beds, air-conditioning and a private bathroom next door. Access to the living room, kitchen and laundry area. The apartment is close to UFPE, you can walk, take a bus or Uber for a cheap ride. The apartment has two pets (two cats). The guest needs to like animals and not have allergies, in addition to understanding that even though the apartment is constantly cleaned, there will always be fur. Cats don't have access to the room.
