My son Clément lives in the adjoining apartment. We will share the bathroom with the toilet. The room does not lock. In winter, I turn on the heating before you return from your visit. From experience, I have to check that the window has been closed, the lights turned off, and the computer or phone chargers unplugged. You have a bedroom and not a dining room! There is no fridge or microwave. In the summer, in our courtyard there is a garden table where you can have a picnic. The room is not air conditioned but there is a fan in summer. The room is heated from November to March. No breakfasts. But there is a kettle and I provide you with water-soluble coffee, tea and sugar. You will not have access to my kitchen, the configuration of my apartment does not lend itself to it. Numerous restaurants at every price on the surrounding streets, with all the cuisines in the world! I'll give you nice addresses on a document in the room. The courtyard is flowered in summer, with a garden table and chairs. My apartment is quiet because it overlooks this courtyard. The soundproofing of the apartments is also old, you have to be tolerant if sometimes you hear a neighbor talking a little loudly or walking on the parquet floor with their shoes on! As in any building, weekend evenings can be more lively. The wooden floor is period and can squeak a little! The bedroom and bathroom doors do not have locks. You're at the host's house and we trust each other. The bathroom light indicates its occupancy.
