Number 3: Seaside location with free parking

Number 3 is in Moreton, on the Wirral. It has been refurbished to high standard and can host 5 guests. The property is 0.3 miles from Moreton rail station with transport links to Liverpool and the Wirral. Moreton has many convenience stores, Tesco Express, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. It is close to attractions like The Royal Liverpool Golf Club (4.7 miles), Anfield football ground (9 miles), Moreton Shore (around 1 mile), Hilbre Island (bird sanctuary; 4.6 miles), and many other places. The space Number 3 has three good-sized bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double-bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed (that can be converted into two singles), and bedroom three has a single bed. The kitchen is well stocked and has all that you need with cutlery, crockery, glasses, and utensils. Milk and a few essentials will be provided to welcome you. There is a shower room and WC, and towels and basic toiletries are provided. The dining area has a solid table and 6 chairs, and there is a large living room with patio door access to a fully enclosed garden. There is fast broadband throughout the property and an Ethernet cable for connected working. Number 3 is suitable for family or couples, wishing to visit Liverpool for leisure, business, or study. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the house and garden (but not the storage shed). There is a lock box next to the front door, and I will give you the code before your arrival for self check-in. Other things to note There are security cameras and floodlights monitoring motion outside the house. They will only activate when motion is detected at night. There are no cameras inside the house or looking into the house.
