🌲 The most private cabin in the forest — and the only one with a view of the sky from the bed If you’re looking to truly disconnect with someone—where, for a while, no one else exists—the Red Cabin is designed for exactly that: it is the most secluded of our five, located at the far end of the Tepoztlán ecological reserve. The space 🌟 What to Expect · The most private of the five cabins we have: surrounded by nothing but genuine forest. · Two full floors all to yourselves: downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom, with direct access to a private terrace complete with a grill, dining area, and your own fire pit. Upstairs, the bedroom boasts its own balcony and a small breakfast table for enjoying views of the woods. · The south wall on both levels is floor-to-ceiling glass—the very windows past guests rave about—offering a direct view of the forest. It is built entirely of red brick, with red flooring to match. 📍 Location · Within the Tepozteco ecological reserve—about 20 minutes from downtown Tepoztlán, nestled between forest trails and village streets. 🐾 Pets · If you are traveling with your pet, they are most welcome (please check the policies and additional fee). Guest access Its private terrace—featuring a grill, dining area, and fire pit—is exclusive to the Red Cabin; it is the perfect spot to grill a meal, light a fire at night, or simply sit in silence and gaze at the forest. Other things to note Arrival to the Red Cabin is completely autonomous, on the day of your arrival we will send you a message with the location on maps where you will find the keys to enter the last 1500m of dirt trails that will guide you to this part of the forest and to the cabin itself. Being in the forest, insects are common, if you find any inside the room it will not hurt you since it is fumigated, you can also let us know and we will remove it. If you’d like to order food, we’ll share the contact of a local delivery service when you arrive. It’s independent from us, but it works very well. Items of uncommon use, such as a hair dryer or iron, are in the main building, do not hesitate to request them at any time.
