Casa Rosa Lovely 2 bed/2 bath condo with pool

At this peaceful and centrally-located place, you can relax in the gated community of Upper La Floresta, Ajijic, Lake Chapala. Car is optional, walking distance to many locations, with a bicycle path close by. The space The small kitchen has the essentials to make wonderful meals from the fresh food you find at the local markets. When you arrive there will be some water, coffee, tea, stevia, salt, and pepper to start off your stay. Each bedroom has a king mattress and its own private bath. There is a small heater for the rare occasions you may need it. The entire condo is yours! No shared spaces except for the pool areas. The front of the condo has a modest patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the plants and scenery. Guest access Ground level condo, only a few steps to get into condo, with a newly added handrail then all one level. Other things to note Please no smoking in the condo. The HOA has a no dogs allowed rule which was put into place several years ago. However property owners who have dogs are permitted to keep their pets, so you may see a few dogs. Sometimes at night from the surrounding neighborhoods you can hear dogs barking. It is not constant, but it is México so some noise is to be expected.
