Holiday home at the Quince/ private sauna-in IHLOW

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. The house was finished in 2022 (developed by 3 architects of the Berlin Academy of Art 3 bedrooms,2 baths, large dining table, fireplace, finnish sauna, sunny terrace The space 2 bedrooms, each with a large and comfortable double bed + in bedroom no. 3 something unusual: a double bunk bed (specially imported from France), where upstairs and downstairs two children or 2 adults can sleep. Bed above and below has the size: 140cm x 190cm. In the living room there is a kind of mini gallery upstairs (with mattress) where a 9th person could find a place to sleep. There is no TV! One bathroom has a bathtub. The other bathroom -with a shower cubicle. The kitchen is fantastically equipped (we love to cook and eat)- with lots of crockery, blender, blender, espresso maker and other utensils. Base of spices, salt and sugar- is available. In the middle of the room there is 1 fireplace which can be "turned" (a special construction): either towards the dining table or towards the sofa. The wooden dining table is 3m long. It looks directly into the orchard (or towards the south - to the main terrace). We have 2 terraces: a large one facing south and a smaller one (for very hot days): facing north, towards the orchard. Terrace furniture (big table and many chairs) are available. The garden is 2.000sqm and has a large tree population. In the garden: a large (3m long) ground-level trampoline. In an extra wooden house in the garden is the Finnish sauna (enough space for 6 people) and an extra bathroom. Sauna is included in the costs. In the village of Ihlow (an alternative "drop-out village":-) there is an organic farm (where you can buy organic ingredients+ in season you can also sit and eat very well in the garden there). Outside the season, they can cook for guests on request), an antiquarian bookshop in the barn (amazing!!!), 2 art galleries. It is super quiet. No disturbing noises on our property (except now and then: cocks and dogs of the neighbours or lawn mowers on Saturday). Guest access You have access to the whole house except bedroom no 4 where we keep our private things. Other things to note ATTENTION: NO PARTIES , NO LOUD MUSIC In the village of Ihlow (an alternative "drop-out village":-) there is an organic farm (where you can buy organic ingredients+ also eat in season), an antiquarian bookshop in the barn, 2 galleries. It is super quiet here. No disturbing noises on our property (except now and then: cocks and dogs of the neighbours or lawn mowers on Saturday).
