This is the upstairs unit of two unit building located right down the street from Railroad Square and the SMART station. The space The space also has an private interior stairway that exits to the street. Please be advised that you may hear other guests staying at the unit below. The space has two large bedrooms - a water closet ( just a toilet) - a shower - a living room- kitchen - there is no washing machine. We ask everyone to be aware that quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Guest access The unit is private but has a shared backyard with outdoor patio furniture. The space also comes with one-off street parking space. Other things to note This home is located in Downtown Santa Rosa not a vineyard. You may hear other guests below at the downstair space. This is a 30 day rental.
