Arrive early to immerse yourself in a private 2-hour wellness session, designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. After your wellness session, settle into your charming Western Wagon, surrounded by nature and offering unparalleled, stunning views of the mountain ranges and cliffs. ➤ Comforts & Eco-Friendly Living: Each wagon is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and connection with nature: ➤Relaxing Interior: Discover a raised double bed with an opening rear window, ample clothing and luggage storage, and a pull-out dining table. ➤Thoughtful Amenities: Two comfy chairs, outside seating to take in the views, a coffee table, a cozy space heater/fire, a rustic coat hanger, boot storage, and additional shelving with a mirror. ➤Off-Grid Ethos: Our wagons are highly energy-efficient with thermal insulation, utilizing minimal power requirements for USB charging and lighting to keep you as "off-grid" as possible. A space heater is available though for your comfort if required. ➤Eco-Friendly Practices: We offer on-site freezers for your cool box packs (drop off/collect daily), supporting our eco-conscious approach. Our site's Cowshed boasts a solar system and battery, meaning your breakfast is supplemented by the power of the sun. All waste is treated on-site, with treated water released back into the river. Our online food ordering has virtually eliminated food waste, and timed flow water taps and light sensors further conserve resources. We also use low-level lighting to protect the local bat population, as we are near a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). ➤Delicious Food Options: Start your next day right with a complimentary breakfast wrap and drinks, available when ordered via our portal by 10 pm each day. Packed lunches are also available for purchase. If you need them, cutlery packs with glasses and plates can be hired for a small fee. ➤Explore Snowdonia & Beyond: Our site is perfectly located on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. We're also proud to be in one of only 19 Dark Sky Reserves in the UK, offering spectacular views of the night sky—don't forget your tripod for those long-exposure shots! ➤ Convenience is key, with two pubs serving food, an à la carte restaurant, and a chip shop just a minute's drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. ➤ From our doorstep, explore historic castles like Harlech and Criccieth and their beautiful beaches. ➤ Drive onto Black Rock Sands, experience the thrill of Zip World adventures, ride scenic steam trains, and discover breathtaking walks—all on your doorstep. ➤ We can even provide local expert advice for the best walks and spots if you require it. ➤On-Site Amenities & Important Information: Our site features an open-sided undercover barn area with clotheslines, a drying area, and picnic tables. There's also a convenient kitchenette/sink area with a kettle and hairdryer. Shared toilets and showers are a short walk away, approximately 100-150 meters, depending on your wagon's location. A vending area is open from 8 am to 8 pm, offering coffee, hot chocolates, milkshakes, and snacks. The sauna is also available for booking in the evening if extra sessions required (subject to availability & small booking fee). ➤Accommodation Details: Images are representative of the style and setup. The "pond" is a drainage scrape that varies with weather and can be dry, boggy or full ➤Adults Only: This site is exclusively for couples and adults due to water hazards. All accommodation is suitable for two adults sharing. ➤Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone enjoys the peaceful nature area, quiet time starts earlier at 9 pm. ➤EV Charging: There is super-fast 160Kw EV charging on-site that is publicly accessible ➤Snowdon (Y Wyddfa) Bus Stop: A bus to Snowdon stops directly on-site, usually running hourly during the main season. It drops off at Watkin and Pen Y Pass for the PYG/Miners and Grib Goch routes, with connections to other trails. ➤Other Accommodation: We also offer luxury glamping tents with log burners/private facilities and a romantic converted horsebox for hire at Hadfer Glamping. ➤Wellness Break Duration: This wellness break is for 1 night. Subject to availability, additional nights can be booked/added at the standard rate for a 2+ night stay. ➤No BBQs/Fires: For safety, no BBQs or fires are allowed in the nature area or around the huts. You're welcome to BBQ near the undercover open barn and picnic benches. ➤<Experience Timing & Check-in: The wellness experience lasts for two hours with early check in window between 11am&2pm. Please note, there is no self check-in due to our location and access. Health Consultation: Guests should consult a doctor if unsure about extreme heat/cold or any existing conditions prior to using the sauna. ➤Allergen Notice: All food provided may have traces of allergens. Guest access Guests have access to car parking spaces adjacent to the accommodation area on the main carpark with drop off/collection approx 50m from the wagons during the period 9am-6pm. The wagons are in a field exclusive for guests with access to shared facilities via footpaths. There are shared facilities/shower/toilets for guests and there is a also a shared kitchenette space with a sink, kettle, hairdryer and additional USB charger. Other things to note Breakfast wrap* available with tea/coffee in the Cowshed from 8am-9am. If setting off adventuring earlier then you can opt to collect your takeaway breakfast wrap/drinks instead from 7.30am. *To qualify for free breakfast wrap then this MUST be ordered night before as breakfast wrap is not available from the daily menu. Other items may be purchased when the Cowshed is open but are not in lieu of breakfast wrap or discounted. On site food facility is open most days for hot takeaway food and cakes with the new vending area open 8am-8pm too for hot drinks, milkshakes, snacks, cakes and sausage rolls, pasties,sandwiches etc. Packed lunches can be ordered/provided on request too.
