This beautiful home is set perched in the trees on Lake St George, there is a large granite staircase to access the lake. Convenient location, close to store, restaurant, brewery and Ice cream!! Home has 100 ft of lake frontage. Great location for family hang out. Open floor plan. Lots of space to spread out. Set back off the road the home provides lots of parking. Kayaks and life jackets available. Ramp available for wheelchair entry as well as first floor bedroom & bathroom. The space One bedroom on each floor. Couches on First Floor and basement have pull out couches as well - there is an air mattress if needed. Guest access All guests can use the entire house. We ask that the property left in the exact condition that you arrived. Other things to note Renters are permitted to have fires ONLY after obtaining a fire permit. These can be found by contacting the Town of Liberty or State of Maine online 24/7. You assume all responsibility and liability for fire burn during your stay. Please be sure to check burn conditions and respect stated burn times. Note : Granite staircase to access lake, 100ft+ of frontage. Not handicap accessible. Full view of lake from home. Note : we have AC units that are installed in June each year and removed in early September.
