With an unobstructed 180° view of the Southern Alps, this apartment on the Riederalp in a car-free location in the Aletsch Arena is an ideal place for a summer and/or winter vacation. The space The apartment house "Haus Valasia" is located between the cable car stations Riederalp-West and -Mitte. All activities and facilities are within walking distance. There is a 9-hole golf course directly in front of the house in summer and a cross-country ski trail in winter. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of Haus Valaisia (accessible by elevator) and can accommodate up to 6 people. After the entrance area there is a bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin. On the opposite side is the first bedroom with 2 single beds and a closet. Next is the second spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Two further beds are located in a semi-separate area to the living room. There is also another bathroom with a washbasin and a large bathtub where you can relax after an active day of skiing or golf. The inviting living area has a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a TV. The kitchen has been completely renovated and is equipped with modern appliances, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment, an oven and a microwave. The owners recommend enjoying the balcony with its fantastic view of the Alps, for which a table and chairs are available. There is also a central storage room on the first floor for skis, snowboards and ski boots with ski-in and ski-out access.
