If your needs are in the downtown Birmingham Area our location meets them. Property is less than 2 miles from the main Birmingham Business District. It is located anywhere from a 1/2 mile to a 1 1/2 miles from UAB Highlands, UAB, Saint Vincents, Childrens and the VA Hospital. It is about 4 miles to Brookwood Hospital. About a mile to UAB campus and about 4 miles to Samford University. If your in town for a concert, football game or another downtown event we are close to all of those locations. The space Clean: Our average guest stays about 4 days. We have our profesional cleaning crew between each guest. The crew cleans from top to bottom. All dishes have been washed. All towels and linens are fresh and clean. Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms both have comfortable queen size beds. There are is a dresser, 2 bedsides tables and 2 closets in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a window and ceiling fan. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and garbage disposal. All kitchen ware neceassary to cook, serve and store meals is provided. Living Room: The living room has a comfortable full sofa and love seat sofa. The full sofa is a opens into a queen size bed. There is a 55 inch tv in the living room. Dining Room: The dining room has a hightop dining room table that seats six. The table makes a great space for meals, games or workspace. Outback: Enjoy sitting on the back deck. The ground area in the back is fenced in and is a gravel surface. You can let your dogs outback off a leash to get some exercise. Washer and Dryer: The washer and dryer are in the basement. Derergent and bleach are provided for your use. Guest access Guest have access to complete property. Two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, basement and deck. TV is provided in basement if guest choose to watch tv while folding clothes.
