Welcome to La Girouette for a quiet stay like at home! This farmhouse near Paris (85 km) is ideal for a green break with family or friends. With a capacity of 15 people, the living area of La Girouette is fully equipped and has been completely renovated. La Girouette is ideally located in the authentic Petit Morin valley, between Seine-et-Marne and Champagne. Come and discover the activities of the region or just breathe during a stay in the countryside. The space The house has been completely renovated to offer you a comfortable break in a soft and warm atmosphere. Carefully decorated, La Girouette is fully equipped to make you feel at home during your stay in the countryside. With its capacity for 15 people, La Girouette is ideal for family, friendly or professional meetings (screen and video projector available on request for seminars). Our IG: gite_de_la_girouette The size of the house as well as the two gardens will allow you to enjoy spaces of conviviality together, but also if necessary, to find more personal spaces. You’ll find: - On the ground floor: a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room with foosball table giving access to the two gardens and the two terraces. - Upstairs: 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and one with bathtub. La Girouette is kids friendly and we are equipped with childcare equipment: baby crib, changing table, high chair, baby bath, toilet boosters, potty, play mat. (Please note, however, the house has stairs). Also available: games, books/comics, tables and chairs for children as well as books, comics, board games for adults. All basic products are provided except linens and towels. - Outside: a parking lot, as well as two enclosed garden spaces: ° The inner courtyard with a garden area, terrace, BBQ. ° The outdoor garden with its small terrace and sunsets. Guest access You will have access to the residential part of the farmhouse (access to outbuildings is not permitted). Guests also have access to both garden areas: - The inner courtyard, within the limits of the wire fences. (The well in the yard is functional, it is forbidden to climb on it or throw anything in it). - The outdoor garden Other things to note The fireplace in the living room area is not functional and its use is prohibited.
