The space The bedroom suite is located on the ground floor of a beautiful brick townhouse. You have your own entrance at the front of the home, so you can come and go as you wish. Both the entrance and your room are accessible by electronic keypad smart lock, so check-in on your own anytime after 3pm. The suite is a bright, clutter free space with a comfy bed and its own private washroom (not shared). There is a large, South facing window that lets the sun in with beautiful natural light all day long. I believe in a good nights sleep, so I chose a high quality mattress, cozy pillows and soft linens. For convenience, there are power outlets and USB ports located on the wall beside the bed to charge phones and devices. This room has a dedicated work space with ample lighting, fast internet, and a comfortable chair & desk with built in power bar (including 2 USB outlets). A compact kitchenette is located behind a closed door complete with Kerig coffee maker, kettle for tea and hot water, microwave, mini fridge and a selection of coffee/tea and wine glasses for 2. Additional travel supplies like a luggage stand, iron and ironing board, 4 sets of towels, makeup wipes, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap are also provided. The townhouse community has a private kids play structure which is accessible to guests. Guest access Private in and out access to the room from the ground floor entrance at the front of the town home. This entrance is only used by guests. It is accessed by smart lock. The code to enter will be sent to you via email before your stay. Once in the building, the room is immediately to your right. The room is also accessed by smartlock, so you don't have to worry about keys during your stay. Other things to note There is free street parking and free parking at the Scarborough GO station. There is visitor parking but no overnight usage without calling in your license plate (this can be arranged for an extra charge) There is a pizza store, restaurant, convenience store and nail salon at the corner of Midland and St Clair Ave E, which are just steps from the home. A larger shopping centre is just a 15 minute walk away (Midland and Kingston Road) which has a major grocery store, a dollar store, Bars, Pharmacy, StarBucks, TimHortons, Convenience Store and much more.
