This is enough for one night, or perhaps two, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive. No laundry detergent or paper towels are in the house upon arrival. We have functional refrigerator, stove /oven, microwave and basics house hold Appliances as well plates, cups, silverware and cooking pans. Please be ware that is not a full kitchen! WE DO NOT PROVIDE POOL TOWELS Regular towels is one per guest only, we don’t supply extra towels during the stay or extra supplies. Anything you need you need or it’s missing please, just communicate with us, call directly is the best and quick way to reach us. Thank you. RULES & POLICIES ****IMPORTANT! Please use it to have access to Resort Amenities ( no extra cost needed ) and before check out make sure to leave on designated spot. We are charged for each key, so if yours is gone missing after check out we’ll have to change you a fee $ 25. # LATE CHECK IN INFORMATION Although we are a self check in property and we do not charge for late check in we do ask and strongly advise our guests to inform us of any late check in after 7 pm, in case of anything unexpected happen during your check in process we have staff Member Available to assist you. Please Know that without notice we may not be unable to help you until the following day. #LET US KNOW Communication is the key for any solution! We kindly ask to let us know of any unexpected problem or any concerns that may appear during your stay, we'll be happy to assist or send maintenance to fix the situation for you. Remember without knowing we won't be able to help you and after check out it will be too late. #CLEANING INFORMATION AND FEES: • Lines, Towels, plates, including MAKE UP TOWELS are Part of the inventory if gone missing after you check out a automatic charge $30 per item will be deduct from Damaged Deposit and Remaining from Credit Card on File. • Before you leave, please take the trash out (the bin is located right In front of the Apt door), dirty dishes go inside the dishwasher, extra cleaning will cost you extra charge direct on your Card & Account. • It is Prohibited to Smoke inside of the condo. • Extra Cleaning after check out Will Cost you Extra Fee! There is no need for our guests to clean the apartment, as a Check out procedure! Please note: Stains such as, wine, sauce, hard candy, soft candy, make up, Hair products, food, blood in linens, towels, carpet, pillows, sofa, curtains even in the walls Will cost you extra fee. We understand that accidents Happens! But those stains require special cleaning and for that an additional cleaning fee. #FREE PARKING Although parking spots are not assigned, there are plenty of spaces available on property. Building front parking not guaranteed ( No extra Fee Applied). #LINENS AND CONDO SUPPLY POLICY Linens, kitchen wares, and towels including MAKEUP TOWELS are part of the condo's inventory. It is housekeeping's and Maintenance's job to check inventory and condo status list after every check out. If any item on the check list is unaccounted, an automatic $30 per item will be charged and deducted from Damage Deposit or Card on file. If you didn't check the house rules on the web, it’s ok there is plenty informative papers around the condo.
