The beach level living area has a beautifully designed and fully equipped modern kitchen and a living room which features a 40' TV. There is also a convenient powder room on this level. The spacious and comfortable 2nd-floor bedroom (K bed) commands a spectacular ocean view through its wide disappearing doors. What's better than a relaxing bath? How about a bath in a granite soaking tub overlooking the mesmerizing waters of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, BWI? Enjoy your freshly caught fish on the gas BBQ grill included with the villa. Ocean Edge is located on the western end of world-famous Grace Bay Beach, the 12-mile long strip of sugar-white sands along the island's northern shore. Away from the hotels and resorts, this area offers added privacy and conveniently located steps away from the Turtle Cove Marina and the 6 restaurants nearby, without the crowds and density. While Airbnb does not charge for infants even if they exceed the standard occupancy, we will need to apply an additional charge of $594 if an infant causes the occupancy to exceed the standard limit. • Ocean Edge is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling just ahead.
