Our beautiful guesthouse is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. With an elevated leafy outlook in all directions it may seem like you are miles from anywhere. Only mins to local shops, 10 mins to train station & 30 mins to Brisbane city while you can walk out the back gate to one of Brisbane's best bushwalking & mountain bike trails. Multiple on site secure parking beside guesthouse. The space This guesthouse has ducted air conditioning in all rooms. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the living room has a queen sofa bed. A quality kitchen that flows into an open plan dining/living area with large glass doors leading to the deck with a day bed & bbq that allow a breeze throughout. The guesthouse has a laundrette with a washing machine. Guest access Once you come through the automatic gate it is a fully fenced spacious property. Guest are welcome to use the space in the yard to park their cars or play.
