An area known for great wine, stone production and agriculture. Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in half an hour and the nearest beach, located in Pakostane, is only 15 km away. Built in 1882 and fully renovated in 2015, Villa Zvonko offers an authentic Dalmatian experience. The space A family project which took hundreds of hours to build using only the highest quality local materials now welcomes its guests with open arms. The interior of your holiday home consists of a large and bright living/dining area which is connected to a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen, another kitchen with a beautiful stone grill, a small fitness room and 4 lovely rustically decorated bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has it's own bathroom, a TV and an air conditioning device. There is also an additional toilet at your disposal. Next to the 230 m² of living space, you will find a spacious fenced garden with your private swimming pool, a covered pavilion with dining table, plenty of loungers where you can enjoy the sun (or the shade) and a section with fresh vegetables, you are welcome to use them for preparing your lunch or dinner. Enough parking space is provided and there is of course a fast WiFi connection at your disposal. If you're traveling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are present at the property. The nearest sandy and stone beaches are located only a 15-minute car drive away and a large supermarket is about 3-4 km away. At the same distance you will also find good restaurants. Nature park Lake Vrana is located just 10 km from your villa, while National Park Krka can be reached in a short half an hour drive. This makes for a perfect location to explore the nearby coast and the rest of this amazing region.
