One bedroom with 140 cm double bed downstairs and a 160 cm double bed and sofa bed in the sleeping loft. Bathroom with washing machine. Large wooden deck with pool (24 degrees in summer). Electric car charging possible. 2 parking spaces. The space The house is located in a quiet and idyllic little village by Lake Mälaren. Within walking distance, there are nice hiking areas in the forest. A short walk past the neighboring plot gives a beautiful view of Lake Mälaren (See cover photo). From the back of the house, Lake Mälaren can be seen over the neighbor's property. Airy floor plan with a connected living room and kitchen, a tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and an inviting hall. A staircase leads up to the spacious sleeping loft where there is a double bed and sofa bed. However, the sleeping loft has limited ceiling height :o) Guest access Fenced lawn on the front and back, wooden deck with pool and gas grill. Several tables and chairs on the patio. Other things to note In the nearby area, there are sheep pens and garden crops. These must not be entered.
