The Michlbauerhof Since 1992, our farm has been organically managed. At that time, the Meier family converted their conventional dairy farm. Artisanal yogurt and fresh milk were delivered locally. Sebastian Meier took over the farm in 2012 and switched to dairy goats. Since 2018, Schirin and Sebastian have been working out of biodynamic and will be members of the Demeter Anbauverband in 2019. Since 2022, we have been processing our goat milk ourselves in a small cheese factory at the farm.
