Welcome to Three Pines Cabin at the Lake! Our family owned and operated vacation home is a guest favorite in The Hideaways community. Our 1800 sqft walkout bungalow is ideally situated on the quiet side of the neighbourhood with a large, private back deck nestled in the trees. Our home features 3 BR, 2 BA, upper living room, lower family room w/ TV and foosball, air conditioning, deck w/ sofa & bbq, and heated garage. 10 min walk to the beach, short drive to Panorama & several golf courses. The space This 2-level walkout bungalow is perfect for hosting your next family getaway. You'll be close to all the amenities The Hideaways has to offer including sport courts and a playground right outside the back door. And with sight lines from the back windows and deck grownups can keep an eye on the little ones without leaving the house! Also, with bedrooms and living spaces included on both levels it provides plenty of flexibility and space for multiple families to relax and unwind. MAIN FLOOR ---------------- The open-concept main floor area is full of light with a wall of windows that takes advantage of the beautiful forest views. The cozy living room is the best spot to curl up and read a book or enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and stocked with all the necessary essentials to cook delicious meals. The adjacent dining area seats 8 at the large dining table with an additional 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The main floor bedroom includes a spacious king bed, large closet, dresser, lounge chair, and blackout blinds. The main floor 3-piece bathroom features a glass shower and plenty of natural light. There is also a heated single car garage available for parking or storing recreational equipment. MAIN FLOOR BACK DECK -------------------------------- Right off the dining area is the private back deck nestled in the trees. It features a large, comfortable outdoor sectional sofa, 10' umbrella, and gas BBQ. LOWER LEVEL ------------------ The lower walk-out level features a second living space including a 65" Smart TV allowing you to sign into your personal streaming services. Additionally, it includes a foosball table, plenty of boardgames, and puzzles to keep little ones busy. The first of two lower bedrooms includes a queen bed, ample closet space, dresser, blackout blinds, and plenty of natural light. The second lower bedroom is perfect for children and adults alike with 2 sets of bunk beds and a large closet. Children's toys, books, and a high chair are available. The 4-piece bathroom features a tiled bath/shower combo and is located conveniently right between both lower bedrooms. Also included on the lower level is the laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use. Guest access You will have complete access to this private home. You will also have access to community amenities including private community beach, two sport courts, picnic tables, and playground. Please note: the community garden areas near the sport courts are for resident use only. Other things to note Our family loves to travel and we're proud to be able to share our vacation home with others. We love spending time in the Windermere Lake area so if you’d like information about what to do or see on your visit, we're happy to answer any questions. When you book a stay with us, you are supporting a family owned and operated vacation rental. We're very pleased to be able to provide our guests a warm, personal experience which we feel sets us apart! Unfortunately, our Strata Bylaws prevent us from renting to sport groups, stags, and stagettes.
