There is a PRIVATE dock on the lake for kayaks, boats and paddle boards, and from which you can fish or jump in the lake or simply watch amazing sunrises or the sunsets. The space This two-story house with brand new furniture features four bedrooms with an A/C in each bedroom, two full bathrooms, two full kitchens, two fireplaces and a sunroom. The house has high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, cable and a widescreen HDTVs. There is excellent cell reception throughout the house. For the guests' convenience the upper level's master bedroom has a king size bed and it has a beautiful view of the lake. The second bedroom on the upper level is a junior bedroom with twin size bunk beds, a trundle and a table made out of an airplane wing. A full kitchen with a bar opens to a spacious, open concept dining and living area with a 50” HDTV and extremely comfortable power sofa and power loveseat. The lower level, where the walls and the floors are painted by a local artist, can be accessed either from the upper level via a spiral staircase or from the separate entrance on the side of the house. This level has two master bedrooms with a king size bed as well and overlooks the lake and the mountain. There is a full kitchen which leads to spacious dining and living areas with a 50” HDTV and a bar. A screened sunroom on the lower level opens directly to the pool deck where guests can find a picnic table and a gas grill to enjoy barbecue, swim or just chill out. Тhe large backyard overlooking the lake adds to the family and friends enjoyment of summer evenings. Linens, pillows, blankets and pool towels are provided for the guests use. A washer and a dryer are conveniently located at the lower level. You can bring your own boat or rent a kayak, a canoe or a paddle board from the kayak store located a couple miles from the house. The store can deliver them, put them right in the lake and then pick them up. The house is located within 10 minutes drive from the Cooperstown’s Dreams Park and within 15 minutes drive from the Oneonta's All Star Village. It is the perfect choice for families looking for a vacation on the lake while visiting the Cooperstown area. Guest access The house could be accessed either from the font self-locking door with a coded lock or through the side self- locking door with a coded lock.
