Great location for bike week in Laconia, concerts in Gilford, trips to the lake, the boardwalk at Weirs Beach & hiking trails! The space This home includes a full kitchen w/ bar top and stools which connect to the dining room. There is 1 bathroom w/ a shower stall only (no tub) and 2 bedrooms. All rooms are on the main floor. Guests should use the side door (kitchen entrance) where the keypad is installed. (With the exceptions of the basement, attic, and dedicated closet for cleaners) -Private driveway with space for 3 to 4 vehicles (depending on size). Other things to note -Only one pet is allowed during your visit in order to minimize wear and tear on the house. We charge a $50 fee to cover the additional cleaning required and all pet waste must be picked up. -Both Fire TVs (bedroom and living room) allow guests to sign in with your own account to watch Netflix or other streaming services.
