Whenever we are in the Philippines, this unit serves as our home base for all the island & mall hoping that we do. 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes walk to the Mall of Asia, this unit is very strategic to many activities, restaurants and the famous Manila Bay sunset. Come and enjoy the Philippines and experience true Filipino hospitality beginning with us. Mabuhay! The space This unit has a relaxing balcony overlooking the pool. It is located on the 3rd floor of Shore Residences Tower A. Popular destinations include Mall Of Asia, Okada, Ayala Mall, City Of Dreams, Solaire -All within very short cab ride. Our space is a 28.11 Square Meter (302.5 SQFT) 1 bedroom 1 bath that can conveniently accommodate 4 guests. This is the size of a regular hotel room. The A/C is efficient enough to cool the entire unit and also there is a ceiling fan. The Bedroom has a full sized bed with another pull out bed. It can easily sleep 3 people. The couch in the living room also transforms into a bed that can accommodate another person. You will have a dedicated area where you can plug in your laptop and connect to our free & secure WIFI with 50mbps speed. Living room is equipped with a 42" SMART TV with Youtube & FREE Netflix . Although we allow 4 guests in the unit, we recommend 3 adult guests. 4 XL sized adults might make it feel tight. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchenwares you will need to prepare a meal. For safety reasons, condiments are not provided. There is 24 hour convenience store on the ground floor should you need to purchase anything. We strongly recommend ToGo/Take out orders from restaurants and 24-hour convenience stores on the ground floors of the towers. Enjoy your stay, let someone else do the cooking for you. Complimentary drinks (coffee, tea, water) are provided upon your arrival. Tap water from the faucet is totally safe to drink but we still recommend boiling it first using the kettle in the room. The bathroom has a water heater. You will have towels and toiletries. We decided to remove the washing machine in the unit. There is a convenient laundromat on the ground floor with more efficient washers and dryers. They also offer full laundry service. Just enjoy your stay please. Forget laundry! The pool is accessible to guests with a 150PHP per head fee for regular days, 300PHP for Holidays. Guests can purchase pool tickets at the cashier in tower C which is open Mondays-Fridays 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12 noon. If you plan to use the pool, make sure to purchase your tickets ahead of time. If you want us to pre purchase for you, please message us. Gym is for unit owners' exclusive use only. For that we apologize. This is a building regulation. NOTES: 1) Flat iron is not provided anymore to prevent fire accidents. However, we can provide a steamer if you let us know when you book. 2) Early check-in, late checkout can be arranged depending on availability and the length of your stay. We strongly recommend Grab (Uber) or Taxi. Overnight parking can become expensive. A more reasonable parking lot is available at MOA for ~350/24 hours. You will just need to walk 15 minutes back to Shore. Other things to note For parties exceeding 4 guests, we have another unit in tower C that you may book if your dates are available. Power outages in the Philippines can last from a few hours to a whole day specially during heavy typhoon season. Also, the Philippines is a hot and humid country and there are insects in the area. We try our best to keep insects away from our unit. But there is a possibility that they will get in through open windows and doors. If you are ultra sensitive to the presence of insects, we recommend the more expensive 5 star hotels in the area, otherwise, we seek for your kind understanding. We need at least 3 days lead time to accept your booking request. Building admin needs minimum of 2 working days to process your registration. We will need your government issued ID, or passport for foreign visitors upon approved booking. Failure to provide required IDs will delay your registration.
