The location is perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation! The proximity of the mountains with numerous hiking trails, lakes and the cities of Voiron and Grenoble makes this location ideal for guests who want to visit all the interesting places and tourist attractions that these two cities and mountains offer. This beautiful 100 m² one-story house can accommodate 6 people. It consists of a living room with a sofa where one person can sleep, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, including 2 with views of the Chartreuse and Vercors mountains, a bathroom with shower and 2 toilets. The house also offers a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, large built-in barbecue with a pizza oven and above-ground pool. Sitting on the terrace or relaxing in the pool you have a view of the paragliding take-off area of Grand Ratz from where paragliders take off and put on beautiful shows. It's a perfect spot for a summer night in the fresh air with friends or family! The house is equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A wide range of kitchen amenities (including dishwasher, washing machine and ironing equipment) meet the needs of our guests during their stay. The kitchen also offers all the necessary equipment for independent cooking; there is a fridge, an oven with a grill, an electric kettle, a coffee machine.
