This beautiful 100 m² one-story house can accommodate 6 people. It consists of a living room with a sofa where one person can sleep, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, including 2 with views of the Chartreuse and Vercors mountains, a bathroom with shower and 2 toilets. The house also offers a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, large built-in barbecue with a pizza oven and above-ground pool. Sitting on the terrace or relaxing in the pool you have a view of the paragliding take-off area of Grand Ratz from where paragliders take off and put on beautiful shows.
