We are ideally situated, between local beaches and shopping centres, being only a short drive to Avoca and Copacabana beaches, along with Erina Fair. We are also two minutes from Aldi and Coles. The space Feel one with nature in this spacious one-bedroom flat which is separate from our main house and features: - A large bedroom with office space & chair to work remotely. - A comfortable lounge area and small kitchen with cooking facilities including a small fridge. The lounge has a 41" TV screen with free access to Netflix, - Fully tiled modern bathroom with a raindrop shower head, - Fans and heating, - Free super-fast Wi-Fi. The house backs up onto the magnificent Kincumber reserve with plenty of beautiful exotic birds and wildlife visiting throughout the day. See if you can spot some kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets and king parrots nestling in the treetops around you. We've even seen a friendly echidna say hi! Guest access This cottage has a private entrance and you will have access to a panoramic garden outlook with an undercover seating area including the large hot water spa. The garden has BBQ facilities for guests. You will be the only guests on the property, making this a nice and peaceful space. We want you to enjoy but no parties please. Other things to note Please note, being in the treetops, there are some stairs you walk up to get to the cottage. This means that it is not suitable for small children under 4 years old, or people who cannot walk up stairs. There is plenty of street parking available. Registration Details Exempt
