Located in the middle of Georgetown city. A lot of tourist attractions and famous eateries are just within 5 km radius from my place, It is easily accessible to all the places in Georgetown, Penang. This is duplex suite comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstair: • Bedroom 1 - 2 King Bed (4 pax) • Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Bed (4pax) Downstair: • Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Size Bed (2 pax) • Common Area - 1 Large L-Shape Sofa Bed (1-2 pax) [NEW] All Bedroom and Living room has been upgraded with new individuals air-conditioning. We know that entertainment is essential in life. We do provide: - Free WIFI - Smart TV with Youtube and Netflix Guest access Guest may go for Gym at 11th floor or you can access to the swimming pool by 5th floor. For car park, you have 1 free car park lot provided at the basement of this condominium. Other car will have to park at our building surrounding street parking. Charges RM0.80 per hours except Public Holiday and Sunday. You may pay using Penang Smart parking app (Downloadable in Go0gleStore/Applestore). Guest can have their morning jogs with just right opposite the condominium alongside the sea. There's a long pathway near to the sea side which most of the locals having their morning jogs or local breakfast at nearby surrounding with few minutes walk . **Guest may walk around 7 to 11 minutes to reach our Local Mall - Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza. Guest can having their breakfast or dinner at our buildinng surrounding local hawker stalls, restaurants, food court or convenient stores by just less than few minutes walk away which is very convenient.** Other things to note 1. Guest are requested to fill in the Check In Form at the security desk for safety of the building purposes during your arrival. You may pre-early provide us the details so we can register on behalf before your arrival. 2. No private event/party/ in the premises. Small gathering inn the house has to pre-early inform Host. 3. ONLY 1 car park provided, Other cars may park at our building surrounding public street parking within few meters away only (Penang Goverment parking lot with pay per day/hour using Penang Smart Parking app). 4. No loud noises/karaoke during the stay at night to avoid disturbing the neighbours. 5. No switching/changing furnitures location or removing decorations that is placed in their places. You may move them but put them back at their actual place. 6. STRICTLY NO smoking in the premises. You may smoke at the lift waiting area as there provide smoking bin. 7. STRICTLY NO Drugs-Intake or Heavy alchohol intake in the house. Casual drinking is fine as long you clear up the rubbishes and no damages occured to any furnitures or tools / crockery inhouse. 8. No Pets allowed in the premises. 9. Check In is at 3pm, Check out is at 11am. Late check-out will be penalty RM100 per hour. 10. To protect our home and maintain a comfortable environment, A security deposit of RM250 will be collected via bank transfer to the Host before the check-in day and will be refunded within two to three working days after check-out, provided that the house rules are followed and no damage occurs to the unit.
