Very elegant and quiet place, away from city noise, for relaxing in comfort. Strong Wi-Fi and free one-car parking. Easy access on the 1st floor of 2 fam. bldg. All bedrooms have AC/heat, a 40" Roku TV, closets & storage. The spacious kitchen and bathrooms are well-lit and well-equipped. Close to shopping centers, local stores, laundromats, and three bus stops. 10 minutes to Mets/US Open, Golf Course, Public pools, LaGuardia, and 30min. to JFK and the city. The space The whole first floor is completely and only occupied by our guests. The living room faces south with abundant light throughout the day. Besides the comfy couches and the 50" smart tv, there are game consoles, plenty of books. A guitar and an electric keyboard are available upon request if you are musically inclined. Bedrooms: All the rooms are set in a nice flow with windows facing the yard. Every bedroom comes with a 40” smart tv, 4 sets of towels, 4 pillows, extra blanket and sheets and storage space. In the master bedroom there is a dedicated desk with chair and in the closet you will find an ironing board with iron, extra storage, a small vacuum and a small ladder, just in case you need it. In the small bedroom there is a scale to weigh suitcases for international trips and extra storage. A noise canceling machine is available upon request. Kitchen: In the fully accessorized spacious kitchen you can cook on the gas stove, prepare a snack in the toaster oven and get fresh ice cubes and filtered water from the refrigerator dispenser. A Britta carafe/filter is available for extra water. In the kitchen cabinets and drawers you will find everything you need. Clothes drying rack is just outside the kitchen door on the rail. Guest access As our guests, you can enjoy leisure time on the front lawn and use the barbecue (charcoal not provided). After use, you will be responsible for cleaning up and leaving the yard free of garbage or other items. Newborns and Babies are welcome, but they are not allowed to crawl on the grass and must always be in a walker/chair or portable playpen (provided upon request) for safety reasons. Guests will have no access to the water hose or the back patio. Other things to note This will be your home away from home.
